New Options, LLC is a small personalized counseling center in east Tampa made up of licensed professionals with over 19 years of combined experience in this community. We offer individual, couples, family and group counseling.  

Our treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help our clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. With sensitivity and compassion, we help clients find new options for managing life's challenges.

We draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client, and we work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.
